1.7 Liability.7.1 The Company is not liable for any damage, death, delay, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with services, Rewards or benefits provided by the Airline or Non-Airline Partners under the Programme, save to the extent in which such damage.

Partial Extending Activity is defined as every other Earn Activity that does not qualify as an Overall Extension Activity and that therefore extends the validity of some of the Miles only.
Corporations, non-corporate bodies or other legal entities are excluded from participation.
The General Terms and Conditions shall continue to govern implementation even after termination of the contractual relationship.
1.6.2 In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies or violations, the processing and/or use of Rewards, XP and Miles accrual may be delayed by the Company until the discrepancies or violations are resolved to the satisfaction of the Company.
